How do I subscribe to Vital Life products?
Choose and purchase products from our 'subscribe and save' category to save 10% on every order. Once purchased you will receive your order with the frequency you selected.
How often will be product arrive?
Depending on the option you choose, you can receive your Vital Life products every 4,6 or 12 weeks. If you want to change this, you can log into your account, visit the subscriptions tab and change the delivery frequency. If you have not got an account, simply create one and use the email you used when your made your order to give you control over your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Create an account here with the same email you used to make your purchase. You can then skip and cancel your subscription under the subscription tab in your account. If you already have an account you can login here and visit the subscription tab, or if you're already logged in visit the subscription tab here.
When cancelling your subscription, please be aware this needs to be done at least 1 day before the subscription renewal day. Cancelling on the day of the subscription will result in your order being processed and sent. Orders that have been sent and dispatched, cannot be cancelled. Vital Life reserves the right to pass on any processing and/or shipping fees for costs that it incurs during the cancellation process. You will be notified of any of these charges via email. We have tried to make our subscription service fair and flexible for everyone.
